To my astonishment, Al was able to quickly schedule me in and arrived within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the blockage in the sewer line leading to the town sewer main in a matter of minutes, thus saving me hours of clean-up and most likely several hundreds of dollars in dry-wall damage in my finished basement.       Al was the most persistent in responding to my request for a plumber, so I chose him even though he had no reviews yet because he was new to HomeAdvisor (but not new to plumbing). He came right on time to give an estimate. Al gave me options as to ways to handle the problem and his pricing seemed reasonable. He didn’t try to talk me into the more expensive solution and said that he could do the job(s) right then. He finished the repairs quickly and was pleasant to deal with.       We called All Clear Plumbing & Drains for leak repair service yesterday, Wednesday, December 21, 2022. This was our fourth service call to All Clear Plumbing & Drains. As they did in our earlier calls, one of their expert plumbers, Tyler, arrived at the promised time today, December 22, 2022. He promptly addressed our two concerns and provided estimates: One was water leak from the base of our kitchen faucet, and the second one was water leak from a corroded drain pipe under our second floor bathtub. He worked cleanly by providing covers for work areas and did the required repairs promptly with high reliability. We continue to be impressed with the timeliness and promptness of the responses by All Clear staff members from dispatchers to expert plumbers. Their services have been of high quality with excellent value.

      Extremely responsive and easy to deal with! Replaced my broken hot water heater. I called and they came out that afternoon to see the tank and provide an accurate quote. Arrived early! and provided an itemized, and taxed included bottom line quote, permit included. The next day, Alberto drained and removed the old tank, returned it to Lowe's, brought back and installed the replacement. He did this all in less than 2 hours! Quality work, clearly experienced and professional.
